It's gotta be said, the service and quality of work at the Flagstaff Collision Center is phenomenal. I had gotten rear-ended in traffic on the way to console a friend who was saying his final goodbyes to his mother. While handling insurance and getting an estimate on the repairs wasn't what I wanted to do that evening, I knew I needed to get it taken care of. I went over to Flagstaff Collision and was worried that they wouldn't get me in because they were closing soon, but they were very kind to me and took a look at my car anyway. I had just customized my jeep and then hit a deer! Thank goodness Flagstaff Collision repaired it to better than it was before. They did so good on the custom paint and LINE-X bumper. Also it was a relief that they communicated with my insurance the whole time. It was a smooth and easy process. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Best experience and very professional staff! Elena was the best in contacting me and updating me about my vehicle. I was so worried about my car and how it might not look the way it did before my accident but when I got my car back it looked the same! I could not be happier with with the service and attention I received. When I first came in I was extremely upset after recking my truck. Dianna at the front desk was very calming and disarming and extremely polite. She broke down the process step by step and put my mind at ease. Flagstaff Collision Center recently started doing LINE-X coatings, and I had heard great comments from friends that have done business with them, so I decided to go for it. I had clear communication and updates every step of the way, and the vehicle was done when they said it would be. I just picked up my truck this afternoon, and WOW...JUST WOW! They did an amazing job. The coating is PERFECT. Very consistent with great texture (see pics below). If you need any work done to your vehicle, go see them ASAP. FIVE STARS... they earned a customer for life!

Flagstaff Collision is the best! I decided to go with this shop after getting into my first car accident. Mike was the best. He fought for me in regards to making sure all the repairs were covered. They cleaned the inside and the outside of my vehicle after repairs were finished. I feel like I have a new vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the repairs on my vehicle and the respect Mike showed me throughout the process. I will definitely come to this shop again!

Flagstaff Collision did such a beautiful job on my Camry after it had gotten rear ended, I had never been in a situation like that before and I was a bit confused about the process thankfully Chris took care of communicating with the at faults insurance and overall was really communicative through out the whole process, updating me constantly.
