Hoke's Lockshop

I am very disappointed. I called maybe a week ago was told the estimate advised I’d need to speak with my husband as he has the money at the moment. When I called yesterday all of a sudden they said they couldn’t do it. It really upset me because I already had the money and they had already give me an estimate and then all of a sudden they couldn’t do it. I would not recommend this company.

It is such a good feeling when you find a service provider who is both honest and forthright and he does what he tells you. He serves up empathy and professionalism in just the right amounts. I couldn’t ask for more!!

Hoke is a very honest man. I reached out to him for our safe at work and he contacted me back and helped me over the phone. He could easily have come out and charged us rather than telling me it was something we could take care of. ( I also want to add that he was referred to me by a locksmith that was booked up til Friday. ) The fact that another locksmith is referring him says good things. You don't always get honest hard working people and I like to give props when props are due. I will now be using Hoke Lockshop and referring him to friends and family when needed! Thank you Hoke!
