Inspections to confirm code and construction document compliance. Size, number, and placement of reinforcing bars are documented, including grade of steel, laps, and clearances to form, ground, or top surface. Mix design and delivered properties of concrete are documented. Placement methods are inspected to ensure concrete that is deposited and finished conforms to the code and job requirements.
