HealthSource Chiropractic is proud to be the official chiropractic provider for Rochester's premiere athletes. Our mission here at HealthSource Chiropractic, PLLC is to serve the public by providing exceptional service within our professional scope of practice, and to deliver chiropractic care as a complementary adjunct to other treating physicians and health care providers.

We utilize research supported techniques and modalities in an evidenced based protocol for care. We take measure to stay current in research, practice related journals, and professional papers. It is our sincere desire to be a significant resource for you and our client base.
Services
The initial visit for a chiropractic evaluation and treatment session in our office typically takes about one hour. When you arrive at the office for the first time, we will greet you, and present you with some initial paperwork that needs to be completed prior to evaluation and treatment. Additionally, we will need to make a copy of your current insurance card in order to establish an account for you.
Our goal is to get you out of pain and back to living your life as quickly as possible. Chiropractic and proper rehabilitation has been proven to be the most cost effective method of eliminating neck and low back pain and is often true of other conditions as well. The cost of imaging (including but not limited to X-rays, CT, and MRI's), medications, and surgeries often far surpasses the costs associated with conservative chiropractic care.
Active Release Technique, or ART, is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.
DTS Therapy is a non-surgical answer for disc related syndromes of your lumbar or cervical spine. DTS Therapy treatments utilize sophisticated, FDA certified equipment that gently stretches the spine, taking pressure off the discs and joints, enhancing the natural healing process.

The gentle distractive force of DTS Therapy creates decompression, (unloading due to distraction and positioning), to improve blood flow and nutrient exchange in the injured area.Unlike traditional treatments, DTS Therapy is actually based on your comfort and safety! The force gently graduates over several minutes to a peak that distracts the vertebra and gently stretches the soft tissue.
Like physical therapists, chiropractors receive formal training on active care, or rehab exercises. Research has shown that a combination of manual therapy along with corrective exercises is the best approach to treating musculoskeletal pain syndromes. All of our providers have additional certifications as a CSCS, or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

By far the best doctor I've ever been to. The nicest guy ever, and he takes so much time with you to explain all aspects to your care including well-being, and hydration, and things you can do at home. Doesn't rush you at all, and really knows his stuff. All doctors should be like this, he really cares about your treatment and you getting better and being able to get back to doing things you love to do with less symptoms. Will definitely recommend him to others and also will go back to him for whatever musculoskeletal issues I have from sports wear and tear.
