All of Eagle Transport's drivers have their Class A commercial driver's license. We perform thorough background checks on all of our drivers to make sure the individuals who are moving your goods are trustworthy and experienced. Driver was in downtown Muncie Indiana in a no semi zone. Tried to make a left turn and there is no way a semi fits downtown, hence the NO SEMI zone. Driver blocked the whole intersection and would not move, traffic could not move because of so many vehicles in such a tight space. Again, NO SEMI ZONE and the driver did not follow the traffic laws. When I called to report the driver, I was sent to voice-mail and have not heard back from them in over a week. Called back again, sent to voice-mail and still no call back.
Customer service or even civilian service is non existent, I would NOT recommend

I worked for this company for 3 year, it is really good company to be an owner Operator. Dispatchers are very understanding and work with you. They never get tired till they find a load for you. Management is respectful and considerate of owner Operators. Give them a try and you wouldn't regret.
