Services
Sandstone Home Loans provides access to home loans for homeowners seeking to consolidate debt, shorten their current loan term, or just lower their current interest rate. As well we work with home buyers, whether they are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor. We will work with a customer from the beginning stages of determining what type of financing they are best qualified.
A successful experience. This would be where the customer receives what they came in for, to get qualified for a home loan. Sometimes that may be us creating a road map for what they need to do to get qualified. We may need time for them to improve their credit rating, get more savings for the down payment, or really understand what changes need to be made in a budget, so they are in a financial position to qualify for a home loan.
The conforming loan programs, also referred to as conventional loans, conform to a set of standards set by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Conforming loans are more than half of all mortgage loans completed in the home lending market and provide home buyers with a steady and secure access to funds for their home purchase, refinance, or use of equity in their home.

I have purchased several homes over the years, and Ben is one of the best! He and Kanesha were always available to answer my questions, and I felt like they were working to get me the loan that worked best for me, and not just trying to close a deal. I worked with Ben and he helped me with the purchase of my first home which was a new build here in Vegas. He is very responsive to emails and calls and just very knowledgeable about the home buying process. As this was my first time buying a home I knew absolutely nothing and Ben was able to explain everything. He was also very on top of everything even more so than the builder was. Don't feel pressured into using the builder's lender. I was able to save a lot more in closing cost and my monthly payment ended up being a lot lower working with Ben. Thank you so much!

My journey with Ben started in 2011. Although my credit wasn't ready for me to purchase at that time, Ben pointed out some areas for me to work on. After following his suggestions and a lot of credit clean up, in 2015 I finally thought I was ready. I again contacted Ben and after running my credit he verified.... I was indeed ready!
