Tried to get an estimate on damage to send to with a claim that had to be made and they said they didn’t even want to mess it and wouldn’t give an estimate. Called before we even took the truck over there and explained it then and was told to bring it over but they were also very rude on the phone and should have said they didn’t want to mess with it then. Such a shame because I would love to stay local but will never use them for anything. I’ll spend my money somewhere we’re not treated like a nuisance and an annoyance.

I would definitely recommend Collins Auto Body to anyone needing body repair work. They were very nice and polite and were able to give us a loaner to use which was so appreciated as neither I nor my insurance company could find an available rental car in the tri-state area! The van looks great and I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up as they had totally detailed it as well!

Took my wife's lexus there after hitting a deer. When I went to pick it up after "repairs" several of the panels they replaced didn't fit correctly. The worker was agreeable and they fixed them to my liking. Then I realized my rain sensing wipers were no longer working during the next rain I drove through. I called and let them know, they said no problem bring it back we will take a look. Two days later they tell me they dont know why it no longer works but it's not their fault and to come pick it up. Then when I expressed dissatisfaction he hung up on me. So I went and picked the car up and took
