Marisa Carrai, also known as 'MC' of The Skin Clinic been apart of the esthetic field for almost 6 years. After receiving her license, she worked for the Spa at Nordstrom. Marisa was apart of the team that launched The Clarins Open Spa in Bloomingdales 59th. She then came back to Long Island where she joined The Skin Clinic family!
She is a wonderful asset to our team as a Clinical Aesthetician. Mike has over 20 years of experience working in hospitals and Medi Spa's. He is a graduate of Hunter College with a MSN in Adult Health in 2003 with national board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Our owner, Stephanie is a licensed NY State Clinical Esthetician with over 20 years' experience helping men and women look and feel better about themselves. She began her career working for the renowned Red Door Spa, and moved on to run Everis Medi-Spa for Dr. James Romanelli of Romanelli Cosmetic Surgery for more than four years before opening The Skin Clinic in 2009.

I have been getting facials at the skin clinic for some time now and I have to say, this place is THE BEST. From the moment you walk in, it smells so amazing, everyone is so friendly, and it is just so warm and cozy. Marisca does my facials and she is wonderful. She is so good at what she does and really tailors my customized facials to whatever my skin is doing in the moment and leaves me glowing and sooo relaxed. They offer many other great services too. I can't speak more highly about the skin clinic!

The Skin Clinic is fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Stephanie as well as each member of her staff, especially Ursula. They always make me feel comfortable and very safe, and most importantly not self-conscious during treatments. They are always on time and are amazing at providing you with ample notice of your upcoming appointment. I would 100% recommend The Skin Clinic for anyone looking for top notch treatment/services.

I have been to the skin clinic many times and have seen Natali, Marisca, Ursula and M.C. for various types of facials and have had great experiences all around. Everyone is very nice and professional and my skin has been the best its ever been! Overall I have been very happy with the care I have received and the advice given without feeling like I was being sold unnecessary treatment or products.

I got my underarms done here and am very happy with the results. When I first went in, the consultation went well and I was able to ask all my questions to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. The woman was very patient and not pushy at all. The treatments were a little painful in the beginning but they give you an ice pack after each treatment which helps a lot. Now I'm done with the treatments and love not having to shave my underarms every day. Completely worth it.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Professionally staffed, relaxing and they know their stuff. Owner Stephanie and Natalie are by far the best and really tailor their treatments to your needs. Facials are relaxing, others services offered will make your skin glow. These few negative reviews here are just plain ridiculous especially that one about the Groupon incident. I'm very picky about where I get my skin care and would be the first to say something negative. This place really is excellent.

I'm not sure where to begin. I have attempted laser hair removal with my upper lip and under arm and had no success. I had multiple attempts at 2 different locations and the hair kept coming back. I purchased the groupon from the skin clinic and saw results right away. I ended up getting one touch up on my under arm and the hairs were gone. Stephanie, Ursula, and Marisa are amazing to work with. They want you to see results and they make you feel very comfortable. I look forward to going there. I recommend them completely!!!

So i call this place about the groupon im about to purchase. the lady at the front desk makes no mention of any issue with the groupon package. So i go right ahead and purchase the groupon later on. the very next day, i get a voice mail from the same lady saying the groupon package isnt valid and i need to spend another 100 dollars for the correct package deal. are you kidding me???? you guys are a scam. why have a package deal up online if your going to tell your customers they have to spend more after they bought the groupon. THATS SCAMMING. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS

I have been going to The Skin Clinic for years. They are and have always been professional, friendly and accommodating. I have used Stephanie for various facials and Ursula for both facials and laser hair removal. I have always left my appointments feeling pampered and well taken care of and I have both loved and appreciated my results. My boys have also received many teen facials from Stephanie that helped clear up problem skin and boosted their confidence. Simply put, there is no other skin care establishment I would entrust myself or my children to!!

Came in to do hair removal for underarms area. I'm very happy overall. Appointment was easy to make; staff was accommodating with rescheduling needs; short to no wait time; treatment was quick and effective. Ursala was super nice. I started seeing results after 2 treatments - hair grew significantly slower and finer. It pinches a little bit but it was less than 5 minutes. Think about all the time you will save without shaving! I have one last treatment to go and there are some hair left but I am very happy with the current results.

I went to The Skin Clinic after finding them on Groupon for laser hair removal. I was going to wait until after my sessions to give a full review, but the results definitely depend on the individual person/s. I was a little late to my appointment due to traffic and they were very accommodating. I was also a bundle of nerves because I hate anything that is possibly painful (needles, shots, lasers, etc). Since I was so new, I did not even think about numbing cream, so I didn't have it for the first time. Quite honestly, it was the best session!! Fast, not as painful as I thought, and Stephanie

I finally went and the owner and staff were friendly and beyond professional. I was nervous about getting laser treatments and they put my mind at ease. I had laser hair removal and a number of peels in series. I went into this with realistic expectations and came out with results I was completely thrilled with. But I did my homework before I started. It was important to me to find more than just a spa, but someone who was medically trained and focused. I found Stephanie and The Skin Clinic. She is talented and extremely professional, has years of experience in a medical setting, and owns The Skin Clinic. Absolutely 5 Stars!!!

I have been going to The Skin Clinic for about a year now and I have been very pleased thus far. I found them on Groupon and I am so glad I did. The laser hair removal is quick and painless and I love their facials. Highly recommend!
The one thing they have to change though:
Their new address. When you Google map it (although it says the new adresss) it directs you to the old one in Northport. Very weird. I had to type in the actual address instead of using its name.
