If it's possible to enjoy a "fix my computer" experience, East Bay It, Inc, gave me the "customer service" that would make anyone connected with their organization very proud. (But the GUARD DOG stole the show! Now a couple of years later--The above is still true! The Guard Dog is still a show stopper. Price and Service unmatched, (and I have had almost 81 years of experience.)

We have been using East Bay IT for too many years to count. We are a small business and had bought numerous computer systems from them. Pricing has always been fair. We will continue to upgrade computers as needed through East Bay IT.
They monitor all of our computers for daily backup, software updates and virus protection. There service has been outstanding. Cost of this service is fair and a good value for the service provided.

I went to go get my Dell computer fixed from Malware. They fixed it in a day. They also downloaded Bitdefender to protect my computer from future malware issues. They told me it's 99.9% protected and that 0.1% is up to the user. I am very happy with my experience there. They also informed me that if any issues with malware were to come up again they would get verified and tell me. They have great customer support and they're always very friendly. I highly recommend.

I had a lot of issues with my desktop and I brought it to them and there were a lot of Hoops for them the jumped through to get it working properly. They were great the whole time through the pricing for the work I got was very reasonable. I would recommend anyone who has trouble with their PC to bring it to them.

If you are looking for the best IT processionals, look no further. My computer is the lifeblood of my business, my church music, my personal and professional documents, pictures, etc. I signed up for their back up program for that "just in case" moment. Well, it came. Windows had a conflict with my encryption and the computer crashed. It would not turn on. They took my computer right in. They were professional, courteous, friendly and patiently explained everything in a reassuring manner. I got my computer back and it was EXACTLY as it was before the "crash" and their charge was very reasonable

About 3 years ago, our business computer was overloaded with power due to a transformer error. We thought our company files were gone. East Bay IT was able to save our computer (and our business). Since then, they are the only company we use and trust. Yesterday, our computer was acting funny again... back to East Bay IT! Not only did they repair our computer at an extremely reasonable price, they were beyond friendly and accommodating as well as FAST! We had our computer back the same day. I cannot stress how wonderful they are enough! So happy to have such a great company to count on!

My experience with East Bay IT was beyond exceptional. My MacPro would not turn on, I went to Apple and they said to repair it would cost almost the price of a new laptop. Mind you, I received this laptop for mothers day last year. I was very disappointed.
I called East Bay IT, was asked to drop it off and they would take a look. Mr. Panek gave an overview of what they were going to do and the steps that were needed to take place.
