If I could rate them lower, I would! All these good reviews are probably people they know, if not themselves. Because the clownish job I witnessed is far from professional or knowledgeable. I literally watched someone bullshitting for over an hour! With videos of proof! Hundreds of dollars down the drain! Ps: they got NOTHING DONE & still, I was charged!

I work for a small non-profit in San Jose, CA and eSudo has been our IT team from the get-go. These guys have been there for us for all our technical assistance and storage needs, Whether it is after-hours assistance or questions about Outlook they are there with a solution! They do it all and with great customer service and easy to understand solutions. They don't answer your questions in tech-speak but in laymen's terms. Highly recommended!

We hired esudo to operate our IT infrastructure. We were about 15 people at the time and had an outside vendor that was not working out. Esudo simply made sense to us when they talked about what they did. Our company grew and esudo grew the infrastructure along with the company. By the time we sold the company, we had about 45 people both in the US and in Taiwan. (esudo took care of Taiwan as well.) We were please with the service and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
