Each buying experience is truly unique with challenges and tribulations, Jess worked so hard to close our unique and challenging purchase. It was a long road and Jess was there every step of the way. The idea of buying a home was always an exciting one for both my fiancé and I. Getting a loan on the other hand was a terrifying prospect. Neither of us knew anything about the loan process and it was, without a doubt, the most overwhelming piece to the home buying puzzle. These guys saved our dream home purchase!
when i was mortgage shopping, these guys came in with the best rates and costs. we went with a lender we had worked with previously who was a close second due to the efforts the previous lender had already put in. well, the previous lender encountered numerous issues and delays.
in a last "hail mary" we… went back to fintech with less than two weeks left under contract, while the seller had a higher cash offer waiting, and asked if they could save the sale.
fintech not only got an appraisal done and report returned within 3 days (at a lower cost
