It is appropriate to consider hospice care whenever an individual is facing a life-limiting illness and a cure is not possible and/or when the focus of an individual's care is on comfort instead of a cure. It is up to an individual's doctor to order hospice care. No. Hospice care is available to anyone with a life-limiting illness such as advanced heart disease, lung disease, end-stage dementia, and other chronic diseases.

Plain Disrespect towards employees at this facility. Let’s just say these men and women that work here are expected to give and give to receive nothing in return. With out your RNs CNAs Med aids your facility would never be open! Treat your staff better you low life pencil pushers that work in an office Monday through Friday!

My grandfather pays about $10,000 a month to be repeatedly exposed to Covid-19 due to unvaccinated staff and because of that he has been continually isolated. He is rarely able to have visitors indoors, due to unvaccinated staff and is limited to only two 30 minute visits PER WEEK. Imagine if you were only able to see your loved ones for ONE HOUR per week. It's inhumane and utterly lacking in compassion. The lack of compassion this facility has for their residents that pay thousands and thousands of dollars per month is shocking and frustrating. It is affecting the health and metal wellbeing of

This is a great place to work, mostly because of the nurses, CNAs, kitchen staff and housekeeping. There’s definitely a community feeling and mostly everyone is good at helping each other. The cons are that as a LPN, I performed all duties, even the ones known to only be done by a RN, like an admission, for example, sometimes two per day, but you still get paid 6-7 dollars less than an RN. Also, it definitely feels like despite all the experience that I have acquired over three years, I have nothing to show for as they adopted this practice where your managers cannot give references about you

I would like to see the staff held accountable for their actions. I know of at least one person who would bring concerns fourth about their co worker and they would just shut them up and say that they (the person I know) didnt know what they were talking about and that it was their word against their co worker. Way to treat your staff members Baptist home!!! It will be my mission to recommend another place yo people who are looking for a home for their love one or looking for a job. Very disappointed in the whole staff there and I wish people would be held accountable for their actions and not

Nice location but they need to take care of their employees better financialy my wife worked there for many years and they always seem to have some project or some expensive expansion program going on within the establishment that their funding is constantly tied up on multi million dollar projects that they cannot even afford to give their cna's good liveable wages unless of course your willing to sign a waiver to waive their responability of your healthcare then you can go from a whole $17-$19 an hour with a $2 raise to make your healthcare not their problem or if they do insure you you have

As a volunteer there for years, I loved coming into the center. Everyone was so cheerful and the residents so well cared for. A career opportunity opened up in my field and now I am employed there and even more impressed with the love, care, respect and honor give not just to the residents, but to one another as staff members.
