I called the company because our AC stopped working on Saturday and they were #1 on google search with the highest review rating. Now I know why. BAIN was amazing!! He didn’t just find the problem and tell us how much it would cost to fix it. He educated my husband and me on why the issue was happening and what we needed to do to keep the unit running well. He told us about the yearly membership that’s fantastic. It includes 2 maintenance per year plus other discounts and great values.
