Since 1970 Specializing in: Archery, Baseball & Softball Equipment, Team Uniforms, Athletic Shoes & Clothing, Fly Fishing, Fly Tying, and Bicycles. As the business grew the store expanded to 15 through 19 N. 3rd Street including the entire building (3,300 square feet). The craft section was sold to Village Craft Store in about 1975 and the Hobby section was deleted in 1980.

I have been using Jim’s for the last 30 years primarily for the archery department and their device is beyond comparison. There is NO other archery shop within 75 miles that can really compare. Pat has been doing this stuff forever. I recently broke my rest on my compound bow and Pat installed a new one and I only needed one small 1/32” adjustment to bring it back to perfectly in tune. Thanks again Pat

Terry, who runs the fishing dept is a top notch and knowledgeable guy who goes out of his way to take care of customers. 5 stars fir customer service. I will definitely go there from now on.

Fisrt time there. Very nice store with lots of selections. Prices may be a bit on the high side but makes up for it not being a big box store. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Warning, be cautious when orderding uniforms and or supplies from this store. My Summer ball team was charged an amazing 30% restocking fee for uniforms that did not fit our players, they came in undersized. We returned them immediately. We were told there may be a $20 to 25 restocking fee at that time. A check was mailed to us 30 days after returning the uniforms! They charged us $94 restocking/handling fee for a $349 order!! I complained to Jims Sports Center to no avail, they claimed this was their standard return costs. I guess the verbal quote/ promise meant nothing to them, so
