We have been in business since 2012, as a "full service" real estate company with a specialty in property management. Dawn Lasseigne has been involved with property management for over twenty years, first on a personal level then on a professional level as a REALTOR. Dawn and her husband Dale founded Savior Property Management, LLC in 2012.

This company recently took over managing an entire apartment complex, and Houma, and systematically in the course of two weeks throwing everybody out and giving them five days to move! Leaving families children pets on the streets! I am truly truly disgusted how these people do business! It makes me sick to my stomach to think that they would use the name Savior in such a way, where the real Savior Is probably completely ashamed of how they operate! I am sad to see someone use Christ name in this way! Never never never have anything to do with these individuals!

Never late on any rent, always keeping the yard looking great.. yet Mrs Angie at savior property management from day one has had an entitled attitude and loves harassing her tenants. Her choice of words is beyond unprofessional. Things that even the worst mind would know to filter before speaking, she like to speak her mind. Extremely rude company. Do NOT rent from this company. They will mislead you about the homes and use sketchy sales tactics to move you in.. then treat you like they own you.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Savior. The staff, especially Ms. Angie, is very responsive, professional and friendly. And maintenance crew are great too. They've always done a great job with any repairs or issues in a timely manner.

I recently just moved out of the owners property. Now mind you when I moved in to this house it was filled with nothing but dust, dirt, and trash from the previous tenant. Neither the fridge or stove had been cleaned neither was the yard cut or trimmed. Thankfully my sister is a housekeeper and we managed to clean it ourselves before moving stuff in. We had many issues with plumbing and other things breaking all throughout the year. Anytime we called and it was someone other than Mr. Buddy who answered we had to keep calling them to remind them to come fix the issue. We once went a whole week without

If I could give 0 stars I would. From day one we had problems with this home. Now we are filing papers with a lawyer due to them not repairing the leaking a.c. and causing mold in this house. Even after being told one of children has an auto immune disorder and two others have heart defects we were simply just told "the owner doesn't have the money to repair anything"
