Terrible experience. Purchased items online and they did not fit. Went to their website and found the return instructions, and mailed back. After a two weeks and no refund, I emailed inquiring to the return. They informed me they did not accept returns. I directed them to the instructions I found on their website. They kept my return and did not refund my money.

Probably the last time I will order from them. I finally received my package yesterday with one of my items missing. I contacted them immediately about the missing item, but they are giving me the run around with no answer as to when it will be shipped. Such a shame since the clothes are well made, but this hassle is absolutely not worth it.

Absolutely terrible experience!! Sent me an item completely not like what I ordered, and never replied to emails/facebook messages or Instagram DMs until I publicly posted about them. Offered me a discount on future purchases (no thanks!!) but refused to refund or exchange because of "COVID". Avoid at all costs!!
