Called ahead to see if my insurance would cover an item my Doctor had prescribed to me. I was told yes it would and that I would be billed the difference. When I arrived I was told my insurance would not cover it, they wouldn't even run it to check , and that they wouldn't bill me The cost was going to be over $65. I went to Walmart and got the item for under$25. Will not return to this establushment.

We are foster parents. A prescription was needed to be filled for a newly placed child in our home. I patronized Bluegrass as I was almost certain they would have what he needed. I was greeted in a friendly manner. The tech searched for his insurance. She was unable to find what was needed. She did not give up and tell me there was nothing she could do. She did not treat me like less of a customer given the situation. A tech in another section of the pharmacy worked to find the insurance information. She found it.
