Ordered from out of state and the table arrived wobbly and not to the standards they claim. When we called them they said it was on the shipper. The person on the phone also stated that the shipping company brought the wrong type of vehicle. We received no answer on why you would just load it on the wrong truck when we have spent over 2k and waited 6 months for it. It cost us 400 more dollars to fix the new table. Overall a horrible experience.

Best quality, best table I’ve ever seen and the finish is excellent and durable! I would highly recommend this place but don’t walk run! Total custom tables from start to finish.
We told the the exact size and color we wanted.
They showed us our choices. I personally didn’t find the exact color I wanted so I asked them when you stain it how many coats do you use? He replied 2-3 coats depending on the wood and how it takes.
I said ok can you do me a favor and have it only stained once so it was a lighter walnut.
I was so nervous waiting to see the end result and thought great I’ll get

While I can't say I've ordered any custom pieces from Reclaimed, I do enjoy visiting their showroom in Downtown Crystal Lake. Connected to a coffee shop, you can drop in and enjoy some of their work while sipping a delicious beverage from Grounds Coffee Bar. If you go upstairs, you'll see a showroom of gorgeous tables. It's worth checking out if you're in the Downtown Crystal Lake area, even if they're too rich for your blood!

Bought a custom made table over a year ago and absolutely beautiful. We did have an issue with the seams separating and I immediately contacted Brent. I was overly pleased with his quick response and willingness to make it right.
His team picked up the table and completed the refinishing within a reasonable time. Brent and his staff are professional, timely and friendly. It has been a pleasure working with Brent and I would highly recommend their custom furniture. The quality and service received at Reclaimed surpasses area retail stores.

Brent got back to us immediately to answer questions we had. The two delivery guys were on time and professional. It’s hard to find a business that you can honestly highly recommend. Reclaimed in downtown Crystal Lake is now Hollenberg & Co. This is the WORST PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE. We bought a table on Dec 24, 2017. We needed a small amount of custom work done on it that we were told would take a week or two. It is now April 7 and the table is not ready yet. We have called multiple times and been told someone would call us back. In over 3 months since we bought this table nobody from this store has ever called us about anything. The furniture was nice. For custom made furniture it was priced higher as expected. The reason for a 3 was the total lack of customer service. My wife and I made an appointment, called to let them know we were running 10 minutes late and when we walked in found the only employee still meeting with a previous client. Do you think he bothered to welcome us to the store? Nope! We walked around for 20 minutes and he never acknowledged we were there. We definitely won't be back. When are these small businesses gong to realize the importance of good customer service?

We purchased a custom-made dining room table from Reclaimed. Based on reviews from a few years ago, it is clear they have refined their process to best serve their customers. I only have very good things to report about Brent (the owner) and his team at Reclaimed.

Brent and his team were great. We had them build a dining room set (table and eight chairs) to our specifications. They worked with us to get the color just right for our dining room. The price was in line with the kinds of dining sets you see at other furniture stores, but there's something special about having it made to order out of reclaimed wood. And the finished product is beautiful.

Brent is the man! I hired him to pimp out my wife's makeup table as a 15th wedding anniversary gift. He came out to my house to discuss design ideas, took measurements and sketched out a design on sight. During the one month lead time I gave him, communication was good with prompt updates when contacted. On the day of my anniversary Brent came to my home o do the install while my wife was at work. I actually drove out to Crystal Lake (from Buffalo Grove) just to check this place out, and I have to say I was kinda disappointed.
Let me start with the Positives, and what I liked:
- Adorable shop
- Love the IDEA of this place, and the collaboration of artists.

In my opinion, it is a bit pricey. I bought two 12" tin letters for a combined $75 w/ tax...and I was given a discount.
As I was browsing, I asked if he'd be willing to repaint one of the dressers that was on display to match the wall color in my room...he said that it had already been marketed in the current paint color and he would not. I guess he didn't pick up on my buying signals. His unwillingness to customize to the customer's

LOVE Reclaimed! I've been looking for a vintage kitchen table and after some web browsing I found just what I wanted at Reclaimed. They are so reasonably priced for great quality products. Brent was super helpful, delivered the table to my apt, and even helped set it up. I will definitely be back for more one of a kind pieces!
