The ladies at Goldworks have been extremely friendly and helpful every time I visit their store. The first time my fiancé and I went in, we had my engagement ring cleaned and a diamond replaced on one of his rings. They called us within a week to pick up his ring looking shiny and new. Fast forward to months later and this is the only jewelry store we go to for all of our needs. Not only is the service exceptional and the quality of work top notch, every time I visit the store we are treated like we have known them for years.

I arrived JUST after closing not realizing that they weren't open until the time we thought. The woman was just locking up as we pulled in and said "I'm sorry, but we're closed." I told her we were just picking something up and she just had a very bouncy personality and without hesitation offered to run back into the store and grab my piece of jewelry. The staff are always friendly. (I've only been in about a handful of times but have NEVER had any issues/problems/rude staff. Keep smiling everyone!!!

I went there today to get an estimate on my moms jewelry. She passed recently. I wanted to be able to put little tags on the jewelry with the prices. The young girl with ponytail was really helpful. However, the owners daughter said,we don't normally do that , we usually weigh it all together and give you a price. She says why do you want it all done separately? Is it an estate? I said yes its my moms jewelry. They then weighed and priced separately, but I could tell the owners daughter didn't like taking the time. So, I took the name of the younger clerk and will only be goingvto her next time

My first visit was 10 years ago, I was trying to sell my bad luck wedding set. I had explored other nearby places and Goldworks gave the highest value. I returned to purchase each piece of jewelry since. They do amazing work. They have been where I take all my repairs. Their estate jewelry selection is great!

Goldworks has so many beautiful things. I'm a big fan of the tanzanite rings. They have such a stunning color. I'm going to buy myself another one real soon. I had her point it out but look at them...aren't they wonderful ❤.

Was so happy to stumble on Goldworks! I put off getting my engagement ring resized not knowing where to get it done. After a bit of research I found Goldworks. Super convenient location and quick service. I paid $10 extra to have them resize same day! All work is done in house so no waiting for your jewelry to be shipped and worked on elsewhere. Friendly staff who kindly educated me on the world of gems and gold.

I have gone to Goldworks for the past five years for my anniversary jewelry. I had been very satisfied with them up til now. I had an oval tanzanite that my mom gave me years ago that I wanted to have set for my 15th wedding anniversary. Everything went well with picking out my setting, making sure the stone would fit, etc. I was very happy with the finished product. The source of my dissatisfaction came when I would try to come in to pay/pick up my ring.

Recently republic jeweler screwed me over royally. I was incredibly disappointed so I went to GoldWorks instead. The young lady there provided excellent service and took care of me because she knew I was upset due to republic. I have to say that GoldWorks is much more expensive than republic but they will get you exactly what you're looking for.

I was so impressed by Goldworks! I went in for the first time today and the customer service was excellent! They have a great selection of new and estate jewelry. I could have spent hours there. I felt so welcomed and all of my questions were answered. I'll definitely be back!

I'm a big fan of Goldworks and make a point of going any time I'm in the area. I am always in the market for well made vintage pieces and they've never let me down. One of my favorites is a lovely white gold pendant. Their customer service is so knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely has a family-run feel. I adoringly creep their eBay page all the time. If only someone would buy me one of those rings!!

I went in there to get my battery replaced and I had a pin loose in my band so they put one in which I thought was great customer service. That was, until, she started grinding the pin down AGAINST the outside of my band and scratched it up. Very unprofessional and lazy!!

Sarah was instrumental in helping us find exactly what we wanted for our wedding bands. The staff there is extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.
