We offer massage therapy and holistic healing services, dedicated to providing everyone with the healing they deserve regardless of financial status. We love what we do and it shows in our work. We always hold extra time between appointments in order to hold space for you and give you all the extra attention you need.
Every massage comes with a structural assessment, complimentary with hot packs, aromatherapy (essential oils), your choice of lotion, healing liniments and topicals to relieve pain and promote healing, and organic tea for before or after your massage. We take the time to talk to you about your body and create a plan that works for you.
Reiki healing is a hands on or distance practice that taps into the Divine Universal Energy by the practitioner so that the client and the source are able to heal that which may be causing physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual discord, illness or pain. Reiki may help with anxiety, migraines, infections, stress and physical pain.
3, 60 minute sessions of undivided attention with Reiki Master, Coleen Hampf. Reiki is a form of energy work that may help with anxiety, migraines, infections, stress, physical pain, and manifesting desires in life. Hot packs, aromatherapy and organic tea are included in every session.

I really appreciated Sierra's intentional safe touch. She really took time to connect before even touching my body. I really enjoyed that she brought in some meditation and cues to breathe.
