I drove over two hours to go look at a vehicle to take advantage of their income tax match program and once i arrived they told me the deal was no longer good for the vehicle i inquired about. Terrible business practice and scheme to get people to their location. Will never be doing business with this location.

DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PIRATES!!! Bought a brand new 2019 Kia Optima from them. The CAR is absolutely perfect: I Love it. NO problems with the car itself.
But the DEALERSHIP??? OMG!!! Nothing BUT hassles! Tried to take advantage of our naiveté and 'slip in' a $2000 extended warranty, (which we never asked for nor did we want), and when we questioned the finance manager about why that price we were paying was higher than the price we agreed to with the salesman, we were outright lied to and told that the discrepancy was do to "tags, title, tax and finance

I purchased a car from Taylor KIA Lima, OH in Feb 2016. I have regretted it since! The vehicle I purchased did not come with a warranty because it wasn't a KIA.....they offered me a warranty I could purchase at $200 per month...OUCH! Well now it is June, 4 months later and it is HOT out...the air will not work, although it was advertised and sold on the claim it had "ice cold air". Did I test it? Yes, in February when it was cold out....it worked great! I took it there to see what they would do for me and they stated they would fix it for $500....because I bought it without warranty
