Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I spent the last 20 years in construction, remodeling commercial and residential properties. I met a now good friend on a job site who is a painter. And with exterior painting comes pressure washing. He taught me the ins and outs of the pressure washing industry and after 2 years I branched out on my own and haven't looked back since.

All of our services are eco friendly, which we all can appreciate given the climate of our world today. The technicians and myself are all highly trained, friendly and responsible to say the least.
1 a low pressure cleaning, followed by an eco friendly moss prevention treatment. 2 Or manual roof cleaning services with brushes, a like rinse for a crisp new look, followed by a moss prevention treatment. 3 Our spray and walk away, heavy moss treatment approach immediately kills any moss, algae, lichens on your roof, leaving mother nature to gently clean your roof over time.

Ryan provided great service and value for the work performed. We even added on our driveway last minute and he was nice enough to squeeze that in. He gave us a very fair price and we are extremely happy with is work. Highly recommend and will use again when we need this type of service.

Ryan does an amazing job everytime we call him! He's cleaned our gutters, cleaned our roof, and has power washed for us on several occasions. He's even power washed things you wouldn't think needed it. Like our kid's wooden swing set.The before and after pictures are mind blowing! He's professional and works hard. I recommend him to all those needing what services he has to offer. You won't be disappointed!

Ryan and Emerald City Power Washing did a fantastic job on my brick driveway and entry area! I’ve been in my home for about five years and during that time struggle to keep the weeds and dirt and discoloration at bay. Ryan was prompt, gave me a more than fair estimate in person and returned the next day as promised and worked incredibly hard. He is a detail person, and went above and beyond my expectations. My driveway looks incredible!

For the work done, Ryan and the team delivered beyond expectations.
