We did have a great relationship with Brendan in so little amount of time. He agreed to represent us in selling our condo at Hampton Beach. We were pleased with his professionalism and specially the way he communicated with the both of us. The condo was shown to a couple of people within a few days and sold. We wanted a cash deal with no inspection and any contingencies and he delivered. What more can we say about Brendan.

Brendan was fantastic to work with. I closed on my new home during the height of the pandemic and he was always very courteous and conscious of masks and social distancing. Athough Brendan is my son he was my agent when I flipped
my first property. In management and a remodeler by trade the constuction aspect I could handle. It was Brendan's knowledge and guidance that made for a sucessful venture.
