For over 30 years, he has been a prized and talented lead carpenter on many of our job sites. An exceptionally gifted craftsman. He has the training and skills to work in a multitude of environments including kitchen or bathroom remodels, whole house remodels and additions but he is also a whiz at repairs.
Chesney, his friendly canine companion joins Dean on some of our job sites. Outside of work, Dean is mostly like to be found with his lovely wife or sons watching baseball or playing softball. Ed spends countless hours developing and perfecting his techniques in home remodeling and maintenance. His goal every time he speaks with a customer is to solve the problem the first time. We, at Edward Callahan Remodeling, research products, follow all manufacturers and building code guidelines.

Ed's history in residential remodeling spans over 50 years. Ed began painting and repairing homes while attending St. Joseph's University, in Philadelphia. Upon graduation from St. Joe's and having a passion for homes in Narberth and Wynnewood; he established a small renovating firm. The early days his focuse was on painting and roofing.

After discovering a leak in our roof, we called half a dozen people for help. Not only was Edward Callahan the only one the responded, he came to our house, looked at the damage and had someone out to fix it within a day. Mind you, this all happened during the current pandemic. I can not recommend Ed and his team more. As a small business owner who can not operate right now, it's great to see a small company that is working hard for the community. This company deserves the highest praise. Thank you!

Starting with a small roof repair several years ago I have gone on to use Edward Callahan LLC for new windows, new front door, new hardwood floors, a new kitchen, a new master bath and other misc work including gutter cleaning and repairs. The guys are all courteous and respond to your concerns right away. They arrive on time, do not leave a mess and do not disappear middle of a project. The result is first class!

Dean from Edward Callahan Remodeling just completed building a shed for us on our back porch to store tools in. He did a great job and even offered to stain the wood siding if we had some varathane. That is going the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Callahan has done six jobs of varying sizes for us from roofing to siding to repairing termite damage and building stairs. Everything is done with top quality materials and with great workmanship by pleasant folks who have become like family to us. We have Edward Callahan LLC on SPEED DIAL for sure!

They are wonderful to deal with. They were very careful to not leave behind any nails in the grass, something our neighbors had problems with after having their roofs done by other roofers. What impressed me the most was that when they found out the caulk they used around our chimney was a poor product that was wearing out and causing leaks, they came out, checked for water damage, and re-caulked it with a better product, free of charge, and years after they had installed the roof. How many contractors have that kind of integrity???
