Haste makes waste as I placed the keys in our rental vehicle, which decided to lock itself. My wife later told me this happened to her multiple times while inside the vehicle so this incident didn't surprise her.

Tom was amazing, professional and efficient! I locked myself out of my car on Labor Day; he was at my house within minutes of my call. His work is clean; you'll never have to worry about a scratch or anything of the sort. I also mentioned that I needed a new key as mine was on the verge of breaking; he ordered the key because it was not in stock and then even brought it to me at work! He actually drove to my work to get my keys, drove down to the parking lot where I park my car to program the key and then drove both sets of keys back up to me at work.
