I have been planning to come to West Virginia for some time now and I am so glad that I was able to come and enjoy West Virginian hospitality and service. I read the reviews and I feel some people just have a nag to complain. I had a great time at the hotel! Sally Loy checked us in Thursday night into our suite and the suite was awesome! I have stayed at many hotels around the world and every hotel room offers different kinds of amenities. In this suite, the room was large. We had a very nice large bathroom, a large kitchenette, a very roomy dining area and seating area, and a nice big jacuzzi

Owner tries to scam people hotel was nice about 15 years ago you would be better off with a sleeping bag and a tent on the side of the road than to stay here but if you do decide to stay make sure you are vaccinated for everything known to man on the plus side one night in this place and you will be immune to covid 19

My brother Was over charged on his debit card and maxed it out and the manager wouldn't even come in and make it right until 11: pm that night . He was from out of state and had no money for his 4 day stay and had to ask family for help. Poor management and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. His checking account won't be credited back for up to 2 or 3 days.. didn't even try to accommodate them in any way..

Went for a night away and not happy with our room.. Hot tub/ jacuzzi didn't work ( the reason we went for). Plus it was so dirty. carpet needs cleaned.. 2 stars because the front desk Casey was WONDERFUL did everything she could to help us but it was out of her control.. Just sad $139 a night for a room and didnt get to stay because of it being so dirty.. Just disappointed..

Pathetic place. I roomed here during one of my oilfield hitches. I was here for 3.5 weeks. I only had room service clean the room 3 times during my stay. I had to go get my own towels if they even had any. I explained to the front desk that there wouldn't be anyone in the room between a certain time frame due to shift change on field. I was always told that room service left at 1pm. How do you expect to run an establishment like this with room service only half the day. They're not quite updated the jacuzzi they advertise doesn't even work and they have old 70's box TVs in all the rooms I asked

This is the first time I have stayed here at this hotel and
I was surprised with after reading all the reviews and negativity people have with

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never had a bad experience. This hotel is cheaper than the other chain hotels in town but still offers the same type of service as all the other expensive chain hotels. I am here in the area for work and find this hotel very relaxing and comfortable and in my price range. There is a pool and spa that is nice to enjoy after a long days work. They have a nice little breakfast and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Every time I stay here I always ask for river view side rooms because I can look out my window and see the Ohio River which is

I stayed here for a week for work. The room was paid for by a company I was working for. The front desk attendant was very professional. The room however was dirty. There was dust and dirt built up on the floor along the walls. There was a black mold in the bathroom above the tub. The room smelled poorly. My roommate had things taken from his bag while the room was vacant. The door wouldn't open half the time without attempting it 10 times. I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend their own money to stay here.

We stayed here last year for the festival and really liked it. Because the weather this year was extremely hot we booked a room for Saturday June 30th. I had a reservation for a king room but when I arrived I was told we were switched to two double beds. I asked why and the black hair girl told me that the party in the king room extended their stay! I think you need to explain to your employees what a reservation means that party should have been told if they wanted to extend they would have to move to another room because the room was already RESERVED! I have my wife of 29 years with me and sleeping
