I like Star Carpeting. I have done business with them for years and will continue to do so l. They have been here forever. I bought carpet for my bedroom and hallway eighteen years ago and I still like it The quality is excellent. I like working with the people there when I need their help picking out carpeting or linoleum.

Rude, unfriendly, and clearly did not want to deal with us. Went looking for a specific size. Told him what was found at another carpet store to compare and he actually said we should go back and buy it. It doesn’t take a degree to be able to show kindness to others, especially when they are potential customers. I will never return to this place and I will go out of town to purchase what I need. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I took two of my rugs to get cleaned here and they don't even look like they've been touched. I would definitely take your business to someone else. The property literally had trash piled up everywhere and the warehouse looked like a dump on the inside so I should've taken that as a hint but didn't.
UPDATE: I called and asked for my money back but the guy I talked to refused and said the only thing he could do was reclean it for me. I don't know what recleaning it would do since the first cleaning didn't do anything...
