We contacted CDC to discuss building an addition on the front of our home. After meeting with Chad, seeing his enthusiasm and looking at the quality of his work, we immediately decided that we wanted CDC to build our addition. We had our own ideas for the basic design and worked with Chad to fine tune and improve the details. Now, as we are near completion of the addition, to say we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome would be an understatement. We bought the house a little over a year ago knowing that it was an ugly duckling and with the help of CDC it has transformed completely.

Cromer Design and Construction recently completed an extensive remodel of our home. Chad Cromer is very responsive and he wanted us to be pleased with the work.
