This place is a scam, do not go here. They want you to pay money when Medicaid now pays for glasses. What they're doing is charging Medicaid and also billing you at the same time. I have reported them to Medicaid for Medicaid Fraud, I suggest other people report them too and maybe they will be shut down. Very, very fraudulent shady business. Beware!! Go to Looney's Eye doctor in Richlands, you will be glad you did.

The ladies there are great, I especially like Tessa's bubbly attitude and Tiffany's demeanor. Today was the first time I met Dr. Amanda but since she went to a Michigan college I already liked her lol. The ladies from last time were awesome too just can't remember all their names, this was only my second visit. Only reason I gave a 4 for now is because I am so new and it gives me room to grow :)

Well when I first went in the staff was great. However, today I called and they said my glasses was in and ready to pickup. I talked to them at 2:15 pm and I arrived to the office at 3:30 pm. When I arrived the doors was locked and no one was there. There wasn't even a note on the door. I walked to the insurance place next door and spoke to the woman at the desk and she stated that the office closes most Fridays early. It is a long drive from where I live to the office. I didn't really have the gas to waste in order to take the trip. However, I needed my glasses because I am a full-time college

Don't waste your time. I booked an appointment 2 months out and rearranged mine and my husband's schedule for the appointment. When we get to the door for our appointment I was informed that they had cancelled our appointments. They stated it was because I didn't respond to the "robo" appointment reminder. Well I knew I had the appointment I didn't need the reminder thank you very much. I was at work and unable to answer! This is why people choose to leave the county when trying to find acceptable health care. I do NOT recommend!!
