It's "winter" here all year-round. Winter rules shall apply all the time - allowing players to improve their golf ball's lie within 6 of the original lie. Keep all power carts, pull carts and horses at least 30 feet from all putting greens and tee boxes. Only soft spikes and tennis shoes are allowed for play.
