For children to age 18, both parents and the patient will be present at this appointment. We know your time is valuable, so during this hour-long appointment, we take the X-rays and photos necessary to develop an appropriate treatment plan for you. During your initial examination, please ask questions!

Some of these factors include: the severity of the problem, the length of treatment time, and the type of appliances required to correct the condition. My son has had his braces on for 2 1/2 years, with no end in site at this point.. We were told it would be 2 years, maximum. We have been back multiple times to fix things, and the fixes still don't seem to be working. There used to be a local office , just 5 min from our house, but it closed . Every time there is a issue , we have to drive an hour each way, take him out of school , miss work etc. With all the money we have paid , I was expecting better results. Thank you

They definitely are a very friendly staff... However my braces were taken off before they were actually done, adjustments were then made to my retainer that was supposed to fix the crooked tooth that I still had on the bottom, but when the tooth straightened i wasn't able to bite down all the way.
SUPER disappointed with the results, and feel like a lot of time and money was wasted.
.... yes, like I said I wore my retainer. In the after pictures maybe you can only see the top... the bottom was still crooked in one spot and there was an "adjustment" made to my retainer which basically looked like

Dr. McSweeney and his friendly staff do an excellent job of explaining what they are going to do each time that I visit. The office is well run with electronic appointment reminders, in person counseling and account information that is available online 24/7. I highly recommend McSweeney Orthodontics!
