They made my move entirely stress free for me, all my negative perceptions had about moving companies, and about the whole experience of moving in general. The level of professionalism, and efficiency with my belongings went above my expectations. These guys are the only ones I will ever use again, and will recommend to anyone I know.

When moving day arrived, the crew were on schedule, effective, and fun to work with. They quickly emptied out the place without leaving a scratch anywhere. At the end of the move, we were so thankful that we hired these guys. Instead of listening to friends complain about heavy furniture and nursing injured backs, we spent the rest of the cheerfully unpacking.

This review is on behalf of MSN Logistics, Inc, who partnered with Illinois Movers, Inc., on my recent move from a 2-bedroom apartment in Chicago, IL to another in San Marcos, TX.
I have two words to summarize: STAY AWAY!!!!!! If you are considering either of these companies, sign yourself up for a marathon that starts at their office door and goes 26.2 miles in the opposite direction. Then choose another mover.
I made the mistake of allowing their crews of incompetent thieves to touch my belongings, and then had the misfortune of getting cheated out of equitable re-compensation by their team

Our cross country move from Chicago to San Diego could not have been any worse. I can say without a doubt that MSN Logistics (Best Quality Movers) is the worst possible moving company that anyone could work with. From what I can tell, they are the same company with different names which makes it easy for them to blame the other entity for anything that goes wrong throughout the process. Their estimates for what you request to be moved are so far off that when the movers show up for pick up they immediately indicate that not everything will fit so they can extort more money from you to move everything

This is my second time using them! They're always great and super professional. They got to our apartment early, moved our stuff quickly and safely and they know exactly what they're doing. They even helped us set up a new couch we got delivered the same day! Always a pleasure to work with them and I can't imagine moving with anyone else. I've recommended them to all of my friends and will continue to. We had a tricky moving situation where we had a very narrow time frame and they were our first choice and not only that, but they were one of the few companies that didn't try to overcharge or take

My parents unfortunately used this horrendous company for their move to Arizona. This is her experience: MSN Logistics Group Inc. (DBA Best Quality Movers) moved our household goods and furniture from Chicago to Glendale, AZ. There are a number of things that went wrong but worst was that their truck with our goods, along with 2 other parties goods, was in a rollover accident in Arizona. Accident happened on 6-3-21 and they did not advise us until the morning they were to deliver our items which was 6-10-21. According to the accident report, the driver was driving on a suspended license.Â

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We had them pack our stuff for a big move (well the company we hired farmed out the job to MSN logistics) and it was the worst move job I have ever seen. They literally threw items into boxes and then taped them shut. For example my daughters baptism snowglobe was literally throw in a wardrobe box with all the other random object from her room! You open a box and it’s just stuff thrown in!! I was appalled!! Please don’t ever use this company and also never use Priceline logistics who hired them. They were even worse!

MSN Logistics gave me a time of 8 to 12 for showing up to start loading my items called me at 10 and said they would not be showing up until 6 to 8 that night. They showed up at 8 on the dot after calling me earlier asking if they could postpone until the next day because it was going to be late for them. They ended up showing up at 8 worked for a few hours and then said they were going to be back the next morning at 8 and didn't show up until 9. In the process of packing they said they were going to run out of space so they would have to charge me even more even though many of the items they had
