Another 6 month check up and another very satisfied experience with Dr. Laura and her staff. I find them to be exceptional. They are friendly, courteous, caring and professional. They are attentive to detail and highly focused on the individuals personal situation. If someone has moved into the area and is looking for a dentist I highly recommend Family Dentist.

Had a cap come off a tooth. I called and asked if I could make an appt to come in and re glue the cap onto the tooth. I was told that they are 6 months out and are unable to do it. Had caps reglued before and it takes no more than 10 minutes. Apparently this practice isn't able or willing to do it. Very poor customer service since it's a minor issue. I called another dental practice ( Sunset Dental) and received an appt. the next day.

Thanks very much to Doctor Laura and the staff of Ocean Isle family dentistry! Being new to the area and not having had selected a new dentist yet, I was in a panic when A dental crown came out! These wonderful people got me in last minute and made a repair. A very professional office that made me feel very welcome!

I was skeptical, moving here from a huge city Hubby and I had teeth cleaning at the same time snd both of us were delighted by our hygienists. Everyone was friendly and professional. The office is spic and span. The temporary dentist while the primary dentist is on maternity leave was top notch. Definitely recommend.
