This treatment will help your lawn "wake up" with a heavy feeding to promote strong growth. Pre-emergent crabgrass controls. Broadleaf weeds are spot treated as needed. A gradual release, 35% organic fertilizer is applied to maintain vigorous growth and good color. As temperatures warm we will switch to a slow release fertilizer with an organic content between 35% -65%, based on weather conditions.
Control: If your lawn is already infested with grubs, keep in mind that they are insulated by a layer of grass leaves, thatch, and soil. Applications need to reach below the soil surface to be effective. This is achieved by repeated heavy watering after application. If you have a grub problem contact us, we can help.

I have had them for 3 years now. This year they have not done what they have done in prior years. I have weeds galore and they have missed numerous areas of the yard. I pay extra for bug control and in our housewe are getting bugs like thousand leggers and millileggers in our house.I have grubs and have paid for grub controls as long as I have had doing our yard. They are done.

I have been using Lawn Sense for two summers and I could not be more satisfied with their service. Our yard used to be spotted with brown patches, weeds and different kinds of grass. I just could not get it right myself. Last spring I got a post card from Lawn Sense. I gave them a call, they treated my yard last year and it looked great. This year they offered me a discount if I prepaid the entire season's treatments in advance. I took advantage of their offer, and the yard looks even better. I have never met anyone from Lawn Sense, I have never even seen the truck in the neighborhood
