Just adding that it took about 6 months to remove the unauthorized $8000 credit loan (from my credit) they took out for a crown and who knows what else before I had even left their emergency extraction they tricked me into thinking I needed. No work had even been started and they had placed an $8K loan on my credit.

My experience, Had an appointment at 10am came in filled out paperwork sat for a long time then went to a exam chair. Got xrays and then wait. Then get told i have to make another appoint to get the cleaning... HUH thats why im here. If that was the case then I would have not came. But they still charged me for the visit and xrays... Now the next will be charged again for another visit. I did not get out of there till 1230. I dont like shady practices like this be upfront and give me the chance to say no ill take an appointment when everything can be done at once. Feels like a Nickle and Diming

I had a really good experience to care dental center I was there saturday for a consultation , Shout out to gloria and all the staff including Monica the doctor and receptionist also the girl assisted me for xrays! You guys made me feel like you know me your whole life . Everybody is so welcoming and super friendly as I stepped in the clinic thank you guys for going above and beyond for me.. Gloria Thankyou for making sure I will receive the care that I need ! I recommend this clinic to everyone!

Worst experience of my life. As a physician my self I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went for a routine cleaning and I was moved from one room to another to consider Invisalign for my normal looking teeth. A loan of 4000 was put on my account the same day. I decided to not go ahead with it, since I did not need it. I have been asking for a refund for last 6 months which I still have not received after making multiple calls to clinic. Recommending procedures a patient doesn't need for money is fraud and that's what they are doing. Also don't go for the fake reviews

Worst first impression ever. I made an appointment for 11am and I waited about 30min- not too bad. However, once I finally got to the back and was agreeable to a cleaning and filling, Gloria, came to me and said "Ok so the dentist is going to do the filling right now and then it's lunch time." And just stared at me in silence. I was confused because I didn't know if that meant I had to wait for him to finish or come back? I’m new to this dental office. After going to a dental office where everytime I would go in I always need like 10 things done and my fillings not lasting. I decided to try a new dental office. I went in nervous, my Dr was Dr. Morgan. He was so nice and gentle and always assured that I was comfortable and pain free. I would really recommend this office. The staff was nice and the place was really clean.

Reliable care for dental needs. My mom needed a new stay plate (temporary partial denture) asap and she called Care Dental Center in Carson and they were very nice on the phone and told her to come in right away. She said Gloria D. was so helpful and made my mom feel comfortable as dental care can be very personal. Thanks again for all the help! This place is the best!

This place has the worst staff ever, the front staff are so incompetent, from scheduleing to having procedures done that you did not ask for. I do not suggest anyone come here and stay away from this place. I have never been to such a bad dentist practice. All they do is mess up and then just have you come back so they can fix the problem that they caused wasteing a bunch of your time.

First of all, the atmosphere is wonderful. The front staff greet and check me in on time. The Dentist that was assigned to me was so happy, understanding, caring and had patience overall.
Monica (DA) was professional, outstanding, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and made me feel at home.
Following the billing personal staff was just exquisite.

Let me start of by saying wow. They all are amazing. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I had some trauma in the past that caused me to neglect my teeth. I was worried about being judge. My anxiety was extremely bad. My nerves were off the roof that I even cried of the overwhelming feeling I had built up. But Gloria (the most caring soul) helped me out immensely. She reassured me that everything is going to be ok. And honestly that’s what I needed to hear. I’m extremely grateful for her help. Andy the hygienist is incredibly cool. The staff is friendly enough, and the facility is decent. I have an issue when I have had an appointment scheduled for the past 6 months for my daughter, and they just cancel it without talking to me first. I really was looking forward to this appointment because my daughter was having tooth pain, but come to find out two days before they cancelled it and acted as if I was never in the system...despite them sending me confirmation emails. I explained how upset I was because my daughter was having pain, and the next time they could schedule was for a month and a half later. So I went to see another

I took my child in for an orthodontist appointment this weekend and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with Care Dental (Carson). Ms. Lupe (The Patient Care Coordinator) was awesome. She professionally assisted me with all the financial and initial paperwork. Then there was Dr. Hollander who explained the Ortho process. Then there was Ms. Wendy. She was awesome. She was the OA. She carefully and skillfully put the brackets/braces on her. Furthermore, she explained in detail how to take care of her braces. Ms. Carla the (RDA) also help assist. She was awesome as well. The $20 visit which includes Xrays hooked us real good. Such professional and clean place. Was there yesterday with mom, got her tooth extracted.
Overall a great and professional experience.
Gloria was able to negotiate a cash price that worked for us, the Doc was pretty open to discussing my questions and answering the best he could.
Doing a check up on her tooth next week to confirm everything is healing correctly. If you are paying cash, i suggest coming here, they will do their best to help you out.
The extraction was fast and successful. Will continue coming here for future dental needs

This dentist really came to rescue for my son today. His tongue was stuff on his braces and we came in as a walk in (not current patient) and Dr. Hardy saved my baby less than 10 mins because he was in so much pain and discomfort. His regular dentist up streeet refused to see him and I must say Care Dental Center will be my children new dentist because the staff and the facility is just so nice. Thanks GUYS!!!! keep up good work!

Let me just say ... Dr. Hardy is awesome! I needed four wisdom teeth pulled and was so scared. I have heard horror stories about this procedure. He walked me through it, made me feel comfortable, and in no time I was done. Didn't feel a thing . best experience ever ... for being at the dentist.

I was extremely impressed with my first visit to Care Dental Center. Everyone in the office is very friendly with excellent customer service. Isela was able to schedule a last minute emergency appointment for me, loved chatting with dental assistant Monica, hygienist Andy was great, billing dept was accommodating, and Dr. Hardy was very knowledgeable. Excellent quality, highly recommend!

My husband and I came in as new patients and LOVED the customer service here and all the staff. Sandra was so sweet and welcoming since the moment we entered. Wait time was not long at all. The Dr and hygienist Alan were so amazing as well! Loved everything about this place! Definitely our new family dentist office. I recommend this place 1000%!!

I have been a long time patient at Care Dental and have taken my three children for their dental and orthodontic care. Back a few months ago I was scheduled for a deep cleaning, once i was in the chair the assistant was about to give me a shot to numb the area and the insurance biller came in and said I need to talk to you ( assistant), Well he returned and said you know you don't need a deep cleaning??? i am just going to do a regular cleaning, basically the biller told him that I was not yet eligible for deep cleaning so to just do a regular cleaning, this made me feel very uncomfortable
