I have only used the pharmacy, but I have found them to be friendly, efficient and helpful at the Rinehart Clinic.

We just established care with Dr. Eli Andersen, ND. We were blown away by the amount of time he spent with my wife and I. We recently moved back to Oregon, and we’re at that age where we have some issues that need consideration and care. We have NEVER had any medical professional take the time to listen and work through options. In this moment of COVID with so much stress about health, it is a huge relief to have found someone like Dr. Andersen.

Always taken care of and the staff is always nice. It is a small town Clinic and always help me refer me forward when I need medical help beyond what they can do in House.

This place is a horrible clinic with horrible staff. I quit going because they have no clue as to what they are doing. The pharmacy here is a joke too. Meds are never ready on time and the doctors act like this is their first day ever treating someone. Not a good place! I'm so glad I stopped coming here! All the bad reviews you read aren't exaggerating... This place really is that bad.

So, I called Rinehart clinic because they are the first to come up in my providence insurance account. I was told "If you have pain or think you might need narcotics, we are not accepting new patients" Basically, If no pain now or in my future, they will accept new patients. Otherwise, not accepting. All I was trying to do was to set up a primary care doctor and I was being rudely screened as to what my needs may or may not be to determine whether or not I would be accepted as a new patient.

Now that doc has retired and icky dr. Ludy is the only dr, just no. Milar is gone, it's not the compassionate place it once was. Dr. Rinehart was one of a kind. I never went there for pain, but I wonder how all the people who depended on that program are doing now, how they are coping with such a change.
if you have OHP, I'd try Dr. Meier or Dr. Mitchell. They are kind and could point you in the right direction...maybe?

The Rinehart Clinic used to be awesome. Now that Dr. Rinehart retired, its turned into an uncaring insensitive unethical ineffective ridiculous circus. The new staff are bumbling idiots who haven't a clue..especially Dr. Ludy. BTW Dr. Ludy had a drug problem as evidenced by looking him up on Google. Dr. Ludy acts as if all patients are drug addicts, even if you are a really sick stage 4 patient. If you are seeking care, you won't find it at the Rinehart Clinic.

In the recent month there has been some changes going through the clinic with Dr. Rinehart having retired. Staff seem stretched thin and really out of their element. Few staff members are what you would call senior staff. A great spot for general health checks. I do hope something changes as its been a community asset for many years.

I'm a previous employee and I loved my job! I was very proud to be working for a doctor that cared so much for all the patients that came to the Clinic. I sure wish we could find a Dr. Rinehart in the Phoenix area. The DEA is barking up the wrong tree.
Hang in there, Doc.
