This company is a general contractor who will bring workers to bid the job. You will pay a premium, meaning you will pay the worker's rate plus a percentage to the company. This will bring your estimate far above what you would find if you got other bids. I got several jobs done through this company. One of the contractors was excellent, very skilled and experienced, thorough, considerate, and respectful. The other was skilled, but was not thorough, didn't clean up, got paint on my front door, left dents on the ceiling, didn't clean up after their work, and was not respectful to me. The second

Lo's Contracting Inc helped us replace our sliding glass door. This outfit is incredibly good. Very responsive, on time, and will communicate every step of the way. I value integrity above all else. They completed everything they said they will do. Even when the removal of the original door shed light on an interior problem, they communicated right away and gave us options to handle the issue without having to remove interior trim or replace and paint drywall. The quality of the work and professional customer service is the reason I am having them back to bid on our shower replacement.

Even though we end up not using Lo's contracting for our home repaired due to rush scheduling but I was amazing by Amadou's professionalism ,communication and dedication. He made sure to come out as soon as possible to our home for estimate with great enthusiasm!
He really does listen to customers and aim to pleased.

Hired Lo's Contracting to add natural light in our bathroom and to finish out a large attic space (adding insulation, framing, drywall, trim, and painting). I took three bids for the project. Lo's bid was not the lowest, but it was very competitive, and the most thorough. So, we hired Lo's.

We highly recommend Amadou and his crew. We had a big job for them with removal of aluminum siding, redoing parts of the old cedar siding, prepping and painting the house. They were responsive, friendly, professional and fair. They were transparent in the work they did and any issues that arose, making us feeling confident in the work they did. They were able to get our project done quickly at our request due to some scheduling issues. Our house looks fabulous and we would certainly use them in the future. Thanks Amadou and crew!

Amadou is amazing! He Painted my house last spring and I found out he does general contracting work as well. He does an incredible job and is very professional, responsive and kind. And he always cleans up after he is done working and it looks like he wasn’t even there. It’s wonderful to know that I have someone I can call if I need something fixed and I know I can trust him to do a great job for a fair price. I highly recommend Lo’s Contracting!

Lo's Contracting was a pleasure to work with. Amadou and his team are great communicators always letting you know what is happening on the job and work they are performing. I had carpet and tile removed in two days and new vinyl wood floor installed just a couple days later. Marlon was a real pro installing the flooring and he also built a fence in two days. The floor and fencing is perfectly done. Lo's is easy to work with and continues to check to ensure that the job is completed to satisfaction. I would recommend Lo's to friends and family if they are looking for home improvements

Really no words for how outstanding Amadou's service is. He not only is the most respectful man - his crew worked around my children, work, family life went on as normal as possible. His follow through is amazing - he is prompt and very competitive in his pricing. We had him work on our ENTIRE house and will honestly never use anyone else. He and his crew go the extra mile and walk through to make sure you are 110% pleased.

Amadou is one of the best contractors I have worked with and we have worked with a few. He is responsive( which is unique from my experience), follows through, comes onsite to start the job, comes onsite to review the job and to walk through. He is the owner and takes pride in ensuring customer is satisfied. He doesnt nickel and dime. Their prices are very competitive. He is honest and goes the extra mile and willing to do what it takes to correct any hiccups that may occur along the way outside his direct control. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
