Came here last week to get my nails done. They did an awful job. When I left, it looked like my nails were already grown out because the bottom wasn't painted. I got them removed after a week, and I found MOLD GROWING UNDER MY NAILS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEAL THE ACRYLIC ONTO MY NAIL. WORST NAIL PLACE EVER !!!

We are from out of town, and staying at a hotel close by. My wife and I were walking through the area we stopped in. They immediately greeted us gave us a bottle of water. They were very helpful and made us… feel comfortable. Great place to go. Her nails look amazing and the royal pedicure was everything they said it would be and more. Thanks so much.

Visiting from out of town. Found this salon on Yelp and visited as a "walk-in". I had a fill and pedicure. They did a wonderful job accommodating me. Tony did my nails and knew what he was doing and I had "chrome" color which they were able to do which was nice!!!! The pedicure was very good as well. If I lived here this would be my go to salon.

This is your warning to avoid this place at ALL COSTS! Anywhere else will do your nails 10x better than Gainey Nails... Tony is rushed and will not fix your nails even if you tell him you do not like them. He will also likely throw a fit during your appointment. You WILL leave with lumpy, crooked, 1/2 painted nails. Take your money elsewhere. It is truly embarrassing to pay this much and leave with nails looking how they do. He should be ashamed. See attached photos for what they looked like right after I got them done. (No, these are not acrylics so I am not sure why they are so thick and lopsided

If you would like to increase your chances of Covid definitely go here. Today I made an appointment for a manicure and eyebrow wax. The place looks nice enough and was filled with people both masked and unmasked. I asked the aesthetician if she could wear a mask since she would be standing over me. She seemed surprised and annoyed but she did put on a mask for my brow wax. When we came out I was directed to pick my polish color. The manager came over to me and said it would be better if I left and come back after Covid was over. They do not wear masks. I was a bit floored as I come from an area

I had one very pleasant experience at gainey nails, and one very odd one.
the first time in, I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure with one of the female nail techs. she was lovely and I was extremely happy with my service!
but the second time, I was treated much differently. I arrived on time for another full set and pedicure, but I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated.
I was seated at a pedicure chair and took my shoes and socks off. this time a male nail tech finally comes to greet me and asks to actually do my fingernails first, so I get up and put my shoes back on and go over

Had my nails done here a few times before, but my usual place didn't have time for me today. Took another chance here... highly disappointed. 15 minutes after I left I look down and my nail is cracked in half, and 2 other ones were already beginning to crack as well. Giving 3 stars because the tech was nice enough to offer to fix them (I just didn't have time), and they refunded me.

I was here on Sunday 04/18/2021 and Tony did my nails. With in an hour of having my nails done I notice that one was lifting (gel). I was so busy so I didn't call him at that point. By 9 pm I text him and told him. By next morning I had 3 nails like that. He "fixed then" by 12 noon my nails were the same way. I texted him again and until this moment I haven't got any response from them

My first time visitor experience was closer to a 3 star experience but my friends had closer to a 5.
I highly recommend setting an appointment even though the wait for walk ins seemed minimal. We had a reservation and waited about 15 minutes to be seated for a pedicure. They are very busy but greeted everyone that walked in and didn't turn away any walk ins, they were all seated within the same time frame as us.
Once seated, my friends pedicure chairs were ready and tubs filled. Mine didn't have water so I sat for about 10 minutes just waiting (no big deal). My technician arrived
