We had a water leak presenting from conduit under our cabinet. We needed professional leak detection. They were supposed to come between 5-8 to get the work done. They had not shown up by 7:45, so I called them back. Got some excuses and then Travis shows up at 8:15. Failure Number 1. While they were supposed to be there to do the work, instead he spins a tale and then starts using a cattle prod leak detector. They had committed to non-destructive testing. Failure number 2. He then uses on my stucco outside, including the foam casing around the window and punctures holes in that - unnecessary damage
