This patient had augmentation with 390cc implants. She was borderline in terms of needing a lift, and after implant placement she was happy with her result. All patients select their own volume. This patient chose 350cc. She understood she might want a lift with implants alone, but after surgery, she was happy with the result.
This patient had a prior lift procedure. Her goals were to improve scar quality and lift the tissues with only a small volume increase. She had a revision lift and 240 cc implants for upper fullness. This patient had a lift and 280cc implants. Rule of thumb if you can hold a pencil under your breasts, you need a lift.
This patient felt her breasts were too large. 18 months after removal of her 400 cc breast implants she has decided not to replace them with a smaller implant. She is happy with the size and outcome of implant removal alone! This patient had 450cc implants removed one month prior to this photo. She is relieved by the size reduction and is not unhappy with the aesthetic outcome.
Nipple inversion - This 33 year old patient is seen 3 weeks after in office repair of inverted nipples. Inverted nipple repair can be a very straightforward procedure. It is best to delay this surgery until after attempting breast feeding as the scar tissue can interfere with milk expression. This 38 year old patient chose to include nipple reduction surgery with her breast augmentation.
This incredibly fit, active 58 year old has a completely natural aesthetic. These photos were taken 4 months after a face and neck lift. She had considered procedures such as botox and filler, but did not want any distortion of her natural appearance. In these photos you see less hollow contour to her face, and a vastly improved skin quality and texture.

Dr. Keen and her staff did an amazing job for me with my augmentation surgery. I could not be happier with the results. They were very candid during the consultation to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. She also has a beautiful office and the whole experience was top notch. I went to Dr Keen almost 4 years ago and after trying many creams, I have not been happy with the scar. I called to get back in to have her look at it. The earliest I could get in was four months out. I waited but on the day of my appointment was running late (which was totally my fault). Instead of working something out (because I was a patient and had waited four months to get in), her staff completely cancelled my appointment and said I could reschedule. Insanely unprofessional office. moved our date without permission, relayed incorrect info. told us they rescheduled when they didnt, called a month later they confirmed the date(that actually wasnt cofirmed). refused to accept any responsibility and gave a weak "my apologies" after being called out 3 times to the person who directly caused the problem. Keens work is amazing. but the people running her business cant fix their own mistakes

It took me over 6 different surgeons to decide who k was going to for. When I met Dr. Keen and her team I felt so safe and happy. The doctor explains what she will do for me and I saw her vision. And today I’m 4 weeks after my surgery and she exceeded the expectations. I look at the mirror and I can’t believe this is Me. Her drainless tummy tuck technique is beautiful and easy recovery. Dr. Angela keen is an amazing surgeon, as well as a warm, wonderful, talented, human being. She has so much love in her heart, you can feel it when you first meet her. I recently had a procedure done in Dr. Keen’s office. The check in was easy and the staff was attentive. They were quick to answer any questions and were able to get me settled into a room quickly. LuAnn assisted me during my visit. She was a pleasure to work with. She was lively and fun to talk to. She made the procedure painless and walked me through everything she was doing. Going to Dr. Angela Keen was the most amazing experience I could have asked for when searching for a plastic surgeon . She was understanding and accommodating to my wants. I love Dr. Keen and her staff. I have never had a more caring experience. I had some complications due to no one's fault and they were on top of it. They didn't let me leave their office until they were sure that I was going to be on my way to mending. They offered me comfort all around, caring for my physical well-being and my mental well-being. I have never had such a genuine concern from a doctor or their staff. They checked on me everyday. I am sorry but I cannot give a good review for Dr. Angela Keen. The work I had done on my scalp in 2006 was a very bad experience. I only hope that if anyone has their nose job or facelift done, that it does not get left the way my scalp was left looking, it would be a pretty scary sight!
