Our staff is highly trained to help answer any dental question you might have and help create a caring, relaxed atmosphere. We take the expression, "We cater to cowards, " to heart. Our staff often accompanies the doctors to continuing education courses so they can help patients fully understand why and what is to be done with the newest procedures.
Dr. Josh Alter grew up locally in Dresher Pennsylvania. In July of 2013, Dr. Alter joined CMB Family Dentistry with his refreshing enthusiasm for dentistry. He has gained trust and confidence in the dental profession by taking time with each of his patients, answering their questions about treatment options, and alleviating apprehensions commonly associated with dentistry.
Our mission is to develop long-term relationships with our patients by treating them in a trusting and caring atmosphere. We treat our patients as we would wish to be treated ourselves by providing dentistry of the highest quality in a safe and pleasant environment. Our family have been patients for 35 years or so.As usual,I was met with with a warm hello from Lorrie. I had a very old crown pop out while on vacation on Tuesday;I called and spoke with Michelle and was able to get in first thing Thursday.Myriam the assistant was ready..but I was not-since I left the crown at home. Dr. Brown came in examined me and said the old crown could be used.They were so professional and made me feel at ease while my lovely wife brought the wayward crown to the office.Twenty minutes later I was on my way.Problem solved. Great team.

The CMB Family Dentistry practice is topflight in my book! I have been a patient there for about thirty five years. The staff and dentists are the best blend of professionalism and service. All stay current with the latest dental techniques but they are also VERY personable and caring. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Had an absolutely perfect first visit with Dr. Alter today. Came in for a cleaning and on top of an excellent job done, he made sure to explain why even minor issues were there and had multiple recommendations for preventing them in the future.
His staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they take every safety measure possible for our current situation.
Will be going back and recommending to anyone looking for a dentist

I have been a patient of Dr. Alter for three years now and will never go anywhere else. I have been to multiple dentists across multiple states (Washington, Arizona, New York, Georgia) and have never had such good care. I feel like he and his staff really put their time into it; best cleanings of all the places I've been to. Would definitely recommend Dr. Alter and his amazing staff to anyone looking for a good dentist.
