They continuously underhandedly overcharge you like you’re slow and won’t check them. $70 for gel polish ONLY on hands and toes. Gel is $25 . I got a fill in on my overlay I had on my two big toes , which shouldn’t be $5 each . And she suggested I need an overlay on one broken nail . Which I denied at first but she put it in anyways . So you’re telling me one nail overlay is $10?? Where is the extra $$ coming from. No longer going back.

I wanted to get my nails done as a graduation gift for myself, and I was not happy at all. They were pretty busy, so there was a little bit of a wait which is understandable, but when they finally got to me they basically just rushed through everything to take my money and get me out the door. I got a simple gel manicure, and they hardly treated me like a valued costumer. If they’re willing to accept walk-ins then they need to plan extra time out of their day to still treat them nicely. Definitely not worth $40 without any sort of tip. I literally could have done the same quality of job as they

First and LAST...You ask for this padollars rticular service and you come out with something totally different. Asked for mood coloring and I got a color😩😩💥🙄🙄and I think I was over charged. My 3 year old niece wanted a little polish on her nails Lele said 10 dollars WHAT!!!😔 simple because she was upset that she didn't get the service of the other two people that was with me. Awful!!!!!

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve tried giving this place a shot... three times. I really WANTED it to be better. First visit was rushed and I’d asked for an accent nail gem and was told they didn’t do that (even though the box was sitting behind her) so okay. Then charged $10 extra for my nail color selection after I was given one small sample to look at that didn’t have anything I liked and the bottle had a price tag of $8 FOR THE WHOLE BOTTLE and $5-10 extra for the almond shape. It felt rushed but the kicker was when leaving realizing the tips were razor sharp - like drew blood

The woman that did my eye brows did them too skinny!!! I have natural thick eye brows and I just wanted her to touch them up!!!! She waxed almost my whole eyebrow off!!!! I told her they were too skinny and she said that she had to do them like that because my eyebrow was too straight! You are suppose to wax according to the line of the clients eyebrow, not try to make them look like everyone else!!!! Never going there again! 🤬🤬

Best pedicure we have ever had! Wonderful staff and pampering you is what they do! They were able to accommodate 5 of us and we had so much fun! I'm sad that we live in Maine and cannot frequent this place monthly. Great prices and friendly staff! Don't think twice about going here....just go! You will not be disappointed.

What a great replacement shop for the one I've been going to for the past several years. Staff is friendly, professional, and do a great job. I got a great thorough pedicure that included a gentle massage. The shop decor is contemporary and bright. I was also surprised with a useful gift on my first visit. How nice!
