Services
Dr. Bob grew up in Scranton, PA, and is a 1991 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, where he specialized in Pediatric Optometry. He enjoys taking time with each patient to insure the best vision possible, while carefully evaluating ocular health. He is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease.

For many years I have had troubles with my eyes tearing. This is not painful, it's just very annoying. No one has ever figured out why my eyes are doing this. Dr. Bob figured it out! The treatment was noninvasive, no surgery, painless. I am shouting this from the rooftops to tell everyone about my great experience! The entire office staff is excellent and friendly too. Give this office a call, you won't be disappointed.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience here at Lipski eye center. I live about 2 hours away from their office, but work about 15 minutes up the road from them. I had an emergency situation and they were gracious enough to fit me into their schedule that same day i called. I saw Dr. Bob and i felt so safe, well cared for, and appreciated as a patient. The entire staff was so kind, and gentle, as well as knowledgeable in their profession. As i said, i live 2 hours away, but will be using this practice as my optometrist from here on out!
