Cabin was nice, except we had to clean it when we got there. The fire place had foot prints on it,and dishes were dirty. No place to put trash outside either. Also our jetted tub was filthy,had mold in the jets so we didn't even get a chance to use it on our Vaca. Will rent again,but will be careful of what we choose.

We went when it snowed for the 1st time this year. There was quiet a bit of snow and trees down everywhere. We couldn’t get to our cabin but they just changed our cabin no problems! Their customer service impressed me so much I have already booked our spring trip with Cabins USA!!

PICTURES ARE DECIEVING. First and foremost do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Power was out at the first cabin. They found us another cabin or basically a small home in a little valley between 2 hills, terrible location, the place had trash all on the front porch, trash propped up on windows, and WiFi couldn't be plugged in to Ethernet and did not work. They got us another cabin an hour later that was right next to 10 other cabins and Everytime we come up here it's for peace and quiet with a view. Will never stay with this company ever again.

Our first time in a cabin and Cabins USA nailed it! The resort we chose was the "Trout and About" in Sevierville - it was amazing! The decor was cute as could be, the cabin was situated on a cozy little road that was close to everything we wanted to see and do! We definitely will be back and we look forward to another stay using Cabins USA to find our perfect weekend getaway!

Military discount is 5%, not 20% like they try to make people think. Read the fine print with this place. Our cabin lost power and they contacted us a couple hours before to let us know even though it had been out for days. They sent us on a wild goose chase to find a new one with power, they said they had power and we arrived and they didnt. Finally sent us to one with power,smelled horrible, moldy carpet folded up in a closet and tried it mask it with a dehumidifier, house wasn’t cleaned, sent us to a house with a sticker saying FAILED INSPECTION on electrical meter with razor blades outside

We traditionally come to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge annually and stay with Cabins For You. We wanted to try something different and decided to book with Cabins USA. Even thought they were reviewed with 3.6 stars, we went ahead and booked anyway. After booking the cabin we wanted, we were called a month later and told the cabin was sold. They ended up booking us into another cabin, Almost Heaven.

We arrived to no power, the cabin not cleaned. We drove 6 hours to get there an no one even notified us. We were told we'd be contacted about what to do, if anything. We are having to stay in a hotel, paying more money of our own and Cabins USA are offering nothing in return. I always rent from them but no more! Very dissatisfied customer!

We booked this to start our anniversary trip off because our hotel didn't have enough rooms for the entire week we wanted. We honestly wished we could have stayed at the cabin the entire time. It was so peaceful and clean. All the amenities you need when taking a trip to Gatlinburg, plus close to everything but not near all the craziness so you felt safe.

Our stay at Tip Top cabin was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful, very well maintained and offers the most fantastic views. We enjoyed having our meals on the upper deck, surrounded by the beauty of the Smokies. The cabin was furnished with laundry, dish and bath soaps plus towels, wash clothes, paper towels, etc., which was truly appreciated. We enjoyed the clean hot tub every night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CABINS USA! We stayed in the top of the world cabin. Great scenery, thats about it. Started with a bang from the minute we arrived. The cleaning lady was still on the property for an hour and had an attitude. The cabin was dirty after she cleaned.
Multiple issues with the cabin to name a few, the hot tub, the stove burners not working, arcade game, The freezer did not function. The first night mice ravaged all the dry goods we placed in the kitchen cabinets.

I was one of several families that rented cloud view manor and it was horrible! Nothing but problems with this cabin. Water from the upstairs shower pours into the kitchen when turned on. The knob for the oven was broken off and placed on top of a cabinet. The cabin was listed as having an arcade- the one game in the cabin was out of order. The refrigerator went out during the first night of our stay and we had to throw out all the perishable food. We will never rent from this company ever again. Our cabin was absolutely filthy when we arrived and obviously hadn't been cleaned at all. They tucked in the sheets and that's about it. They sent someone to clean, and we couldn't tell any difference after we returned, and had to end up going to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the cabin ourselves. There were minor issues with directions and a carbon monoxide detector that wouldn't shut off but overall our stay & service was wonderful. We originally picked a different cabin but at last minute had to change to pet friendly. We were accommodated & everyone we talked to was very helpful & friendly. The bed was so soft & balcony peaceful. The jacuzzi was relaxing and so was the hot tub. The area to walk our dog needed work but the cabin overall was perfect for the two of us & our dog. We are thankful to USA cabins for a wonderful anniversary & we do highly recommend

We stayed in the Bar Mountain cabin. The facility was disgusting. Nearly every morning we had between 10-20 millipedes in almost every room. We called and complained and they sent someone out to throw some dust against the walls. Without informing us. With toddlers and an infant around, we were concerned with what was used. The views were great. They have such a cute little "leave a book take a book" library. The bears are out in full swing. We had one in our jeep and multiple mornings the same bear greeted us. Disappointed the jets in the tub were broken as I'm pregnant and couldn't enjoy the hot tub but my husband very much enjoyed every minute in the hot tub. Also at the huge windows every single morning for about 45 minutes to an hour, the cutest little Cardinal would visit and continually tap on the windows. 1. Very dirty. The unit had cobwebs in every room.
2. Daily reoccurring smell of raw sewage!

The BED BUGS ATE OUR KIDS!!! and roaches were so bad, we had throw everything away and sleep in the car. We have tons of video showing the cabins infestation. We were offered a settlement of $300 but they wouldn't except responsibility . I have read over a dozen reviews with the same problem. Beautiful cabins with bad management OWNERS BEWARE do not allow them to run your property to the ground!
