Services
Richard Biggerstaff specializes in facial plastic and Head and Neck surgery. He attended IU medical school where he excelled being elected into the honorary society of Alpha Omega Alpha. He did his general surgery in Grand Rapids Michigan followed by an otolaryngology residency at Indiana university.
KyleLynn Preston joins the practice as a Medical Aesthetician. She studied at Indiana University School of Nursing when she switched her major to Aesthetics becoming one of the first Medical Aestheticians in the state of Indiana in 1995. KyleLynn has worked with many plastic surgeons in the Indianapolis area while having her own practice and working in Dermatology and Plastics offices.
Casey joins OA Facial Plastics as a Medical Aesthetician, with 20 years of experience in the skin care industry. During her time as a Medical Aesthetician, she has worked with Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists to expand her knowledge in this ever-changing field. She enjoys listening to her patients and creating customized skin care regimens to help achieve the skin of their dreams.

A face lift, or rhytidectomy, is used to help tighten some of the saggy skin of the face. As we age, gravity and the loss of tissue support results in our midface fat descending and resulting in jowls. The face lift attempts to reposition this fat into a more superior position. In addition, the face lift also addresses the neck and can reduce neck webbing.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel! I had an issue with my salivary gland under my tongue. I had issues eating and was extremely uncomfortable. I went to Dr. Patel for help and he was very comforting and explained my situation with detail. We then set a date for surgery at Community North. The surgery went very well and I feel great now. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Patel is very professional and I highly recommend his services! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Mindy needs to learn to listen to her patients and make sure they are comfortable. No one should have to ask for ice packs. She's borderline rude. She needs to understand that her 16 years of experience doesn't trump someone's 30, 40 or 50 years of living in their own body. At the end of the day, the patient has to live in their own skin. Mindy always seemed rushed in her appointments. I will be looking elsewhere for services.
