Chad Shoemaker began his career at Elkins Physical Therapy & Sports Injury Clinic in 1996. He became a co-owner in January of 2012. He graduated from Elkins High School and earned his baccalaureate at Davis & Elkins College. He completed the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Fairmont State. Chad specializes in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and treating sports-related injuries.

Work Conditioning Therapy is a physical therapy treatment option used to help patients gain strength, flexibility, and stamina. Patients also learn safer work techniques specific to their employment requirements. The goal of Work Conditioning Therapy is to assist patients to return to work with maximum function.

WILL NOT EVER GO BACK ! In all fairness, it is their pathetic bookkeeper (Jane) that sent my bill to go to collections. Paid the collections company immediately. No damage to my credit. However, it was wrong on their part not to notify me (never heard from them) that their attempt to file my insurance did not result in the monies they had expected...the insurance had already paid most of the bill. THAT IS "ONE" GOOD REASON WHY TELEPHONES ARE SO USEFUL. CALL ME !!!! If they can't figure that out, why would I trust them to twist my muscles and bones around?Better off with out THEM !
