Pond's is very busy, because they are so good. However, they made time for us since the leak was getting bigger. Griffin was very friendly and professional. He ordered the part and returned when the part came in. The water heater is no longer leaking. We are very thankful and will use their services again.

We have been using Pond's for 15 years. They service our furnace, boiler, water heater, etc. every six months and we always have amazing service. They found a crack in our heat exchange this time and were able to get Travis out right away to help us replace the furnace. He was friendly, professional, and walked us through all of our options helping us to feel educated about our decision. We were grateful that even with all of the supply chain issues going on in the country, Travis was able to get us scheduled for an install within a week and just in time for winter to hit. The Pond's representative assessed the old hot water heater to determine the need for new unit. He explained his plan and changes that would need to be completed prior to installation of the new unit. He reviewed the costs and warranty with me including options. He discussed the amount of time needed and water shut down procedures. He was open to any questions I had regarding the project. At the end of the install he reviewed the information regarding the new unit including temp. settings for the unit. His work was neat and efficient. Overall I would give him a five star rating.

Dispatch staff very friendly and helpful. Appointment accommodated same day, with tentative appointment window of 1 to 3 hours. Received phone calls when technician in route to home. Our AC went out this summer and they were called for our second opinion/quote and boy are we god we did! The first company said we needed a new one and immediately tried selling us their Cadillac system. Ponds came out, said we just needed a new coil and it still had plenty of years left in it. Wow - an honest contractor! While they were here we had them tune up our furnace. This winter when we actually started using it, we noticed a vibration. Ponds came out and fixed it for the price of the part -$9! This is a honest company with friendly, reliable technicians that always kept us up to date with

We had a plumber walk our property to quote some work we needed asap. He let us know he could quote us by email within 48 hours-now more than a week and a half later there has been no quote received. We called to follow up and they said they would send it by this weekend. Save yourself some time and energy and hire a company that follows through on their word. Additionally, the receptionist could be trained to apologize and work with people.

These people are great. I had an issue with my radiant heating, and it took a few tries to get the problem licked, but every tech I dealt with was very professional and kind. They came to my home promptly, multiple times, and get the issues resolved. They did a few extras for me, and I really feel they went above and beyond for me and my family. After having another plumbing company give me an estimate this morning I didn't feel comfortable. I decided to stop into Pond's Plumbing for a second opinion. I was greeted immediately and the estimate from pictures was about a third of the competitors estimate. Furthermore, it also included a garbage disposal with installation. If that wasn't good enough, they showed up a few hours later to install it. I will definitely call them next time I need any plumbing or heating work.

Our air conditioning wasn't working properly and I had delayed calling anyone. After two weeks of unrelenting heat, I began to check options. I called Pond's but they were booked out two weeks. I wanted to replace a toilet in our new home and asked Jeff Park at Ponds what he recommended. He suggested a high powered flushing toilet. It was about $50 more than the others but he said he put it in his kids bathroom at his home and it never got clogged. I trusted his word and I have gone 18 months without having a clogged up toilet.
