I have been extremely pleased with Emilia and Alpine Private Staffing. We live overseas but use Emilia to find nannies for our 2 boys whenever we come back to visit in the US. We have used about 5-6 nannies from Alpine so far and have been very pleased with them. They have all been college grads, very qualified and experienced. Emilia has been incredible at finding the right people who can fit our needs on the right schedule. If you’re looking to find a new nanny, I highly recommend Alpine Private Staffing!

I approached Alpine Private Staffing while looking for a new family to nanny for this year. Alpine helped me find a family that is a perfect match and I could have done it without Emilia's help! I love how connected Emilia is with the nanny and the families needing help. She is constantly on top of things and is always looking out for the nannies best interests. Alpine Staffing was honestly a dream to work with. I was always hesitant about working through a nanny agency- but Alpine totally changed my perspective on that. They made me feel 100% confident and prepared for every interview I went on, and made sure I was only being sent on interviews for jobs I was truly interested in that fit my needs.
