I am sorry that I EVER selected this company to replace my roof. The roof is only a month old. The "dip" that was on the garage portion of the old roof is still visibly present on the new roof all because his crew foreman and him deliberately chose to not replace a rafter. Each time that I tried to discuss this with Dan he blamed me for not knowing that my rafter was bad. I'm not the roofing expert nor do I own a construction company. Today I tried to come to a sensible resolution which is to tear off the garage roof and repair it correctly. Instead he wants to "Sister in" a repair and jack up

Stay away from this unprofessional company. They destroyed my mother's gutters while replacing the roof, and then denied doing it. Treated my mother and aunt disrespectfully, and it seemed as if they were prejudiced against women and the elderly. Also, a secretary in the office called my aunt "nuts" when she phoned about the damaged gutters! This is unacceptable behavior and I'm warning everyone to NOT do business with this company. Go elsewhere where you will be treated fairly, and with HONESTY and respect.

I would like to thank Dan Faith and his staff for their knowledge, hard work, and professionalism. When Dan & I first met to discuss this project, he made it so easy to take the image I had in my mind and make it reality along with providing me with decisions to improve upon the project. While trying to remain open during renovations, Dan's staff kept an organized and clean work place, along with showing respect to each person that entered my home. I could not be happier with the completed project.
