My mother passed away in March 2020. 3 years prior to that my mother changed the will and added me as an executor because she didn't trust my sister... When she died my sister stole $30,000 and the attorney let her do it.. the attorney never even had a meeting with me to discuss the issues and why... they changed the will three years prior and added me but within two weeks they took me off.. And here it is almost two years since the passing and they still haven't resolved the probate and refused to take me into consideration as the heir to my mom's estate.. shame on Berg Bryant elder law group

It's easy to tell if someone is listening. Are they figuring out how to help. Is there a light on in there eyes, that's there to help you and guide you through your darkest times. Confidence in there words that says I got this. The feeling you when you realize you called the right person. Though my heart and brain still feel heavy. They take weeks to answer my emails, and when they finally do, they answer incorrectly and charged me $187.50 for the privilege. Stay far away. Bad service, bad advice, overcharging, utterly incompetent. If your personal injury lawyer refers you here for estate work, as mine did, insist on someone else.

My Mother was in a bad car accident and we need help sorting out her finances and getting her into Rehabilitation Facility. We were advised that we needed a Elder Lawyer and Berg Bryant was recommended to us. It was the best advice we could have gotten. We had no experience in this situation and we were treated like family members at Berg Bryant. They worked with us and explained every move we needed to accomplish. They answered every question and never rushed us or turned down our request for more information.

Sent me a dis engagement ltr before even doing anything. Is it really something NO attorney can do. Court is no help. Gotta get attorney. See if anyone else on Facebook has dealt with.....courts probate administrator died before Distributions. And! Moved proceeds from sale of house into his personal account! Wow. And no one apparently has never done this.
